Add a checkbox in the list per AP to indicate whether connection to the specified AP should always trigger a rescan. The idea is to only trigger the forced rescans while connected to certain APs.

Add the ability for the application to launch an activity/application when connecting to a certain network. Useful for launching VPN clients etc.

The idea is to be able to group certain networks with the same priority and then determine active network based on signal level. This will work nicely in a home/office where there are multiple WiFi access points but all connected to the same network.
