Added an optional toast message to show current connection ESSID and signal strength. USe only for testing, don't leave this on!

Added a "Send Logs" option to assist with diagnosing problems. Needs the following new permissions:

 android.permission.READ_LOGS

 android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

 android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
